Sessions must be booked in advance.
Payment is required via bank transfer at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If payment is not received by this time, your appointment may be released or rescheduled.
Session fees are outlined on the Fees page of this website.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, may be charged at the full session fee.
Refunds are only issued at the discretion of the practitioner in exceptional circumstances.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All sessions are confidential within the limits of professional and legal requirements. Information shared during therapy is handled in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
